تقدر تطلب حذف حسابك في أي وقت، وده مش ممكن نرجع فيه بعد التنفيذ.You can request deletion of your account at any time; once done, it cannot be undone.

• من التطبيق:In the app: افتح القائمة ← «حذف حسابي» ← أكّد الطلب.open the menu → “Delete my account” → confirm.
• من بوابة الويب أو بالإيميل:On the web portal or by email: ابعت لنا رسالة من عنوان بريد حسابك علىemail us from your account's email address at [email protected] بموضوع «حذف حسابي» (Delete my account).with the subject “Delete my account”.

• حسابك كمستخدم.Your user account.
• محادثاتك ورسائلك مع المساعد.Your conversations and messages with the assistant.
• تقاريرك المحفوظة.Your saved reports.
• تنبيهاتك.Your alerts.
• تخطيط لوحة التحكم بتاعتك.Your dashboard layout.
• رموز أجهزتك للإشعارات.Your device tokens for notifications.

اللي ممكن يفضل محفوظWhat may be kept

• تذاكر الدعم والسجلات الأمنية/التدقيقية لمدة تصل إلى 90 يوماً.Support tickets and security/audit logs, for up to 90 days.
• الفواتير التي تحتاجها شركتك لأسباب قانونية ومحاسبية — وهذه ملك لشركتك، لا لك شخصياً.Invoices your company needs for legal/accounting reasons — these belong to your company, not to you personally.

التوقيتTiming

ننفّذ طلبات الحذف خلال 7 أيام ونأكد لك ببالبريد الإلكتروني. ويُبلَّغ مسؤول شركتك بذلك لأن الحساب ملك للشركة.We process requests within 7 days and confirm by email. Your company's administrator is informed because your company owns the account.
