1. من نحن1. Who we are

ERPCloud AI مساعد أعمال للشركات التي تستخدم نظام ERPNext. تُنشأ الحسابات بواسطة ERPCloud.Systems لموظفي الشركة العميلة، ولا يوفر التطبيق أو بوابة الويب (ai.erpcloud.systems/ai) أي تسجيل عام.ERPCloud AI is a business assistant for companies that use ERPNext. Accounts are created by ERPCloud.Systems for the client company's staff; the app and the web portal (ai.erpcloud.systems/ai) do not offer public sign-up.

2. ما نجمعه2. What we collect

• استخدامك للمساعد:Your use of the assistant: أسئلتك وإجابات المساعد، وتقييماتك وتعليقاتك على الإجابات، والتقارير المحفوظة والتنبيهات وتخطيط لوحة التحكم، ومصطلحات قاموس الأعمال، والملفات التي ترفعها إلى معرفة المساعد.your questions and the assistant's answers, ratings and comments you give on answers, saved reports, alerts, dashboard layout, business glossary terms and files you upload to the assistant's knowledge.

• الدعم:Support: طلبات الدعم والملاحظات التي ترسلها.support requests and feedback you send.
• الصوت:Voice: في تطبيق الموبايل، يتحوّل الإدخال الصوتي إلى نص بواسطة خدمة الكلام في هاتفك (Apple أو Google) ولا يُرسل إلينا إلا النص. وفي بوابة الويب، يُرسل مقطع الصوت إلينا ويُحوَّل إلى نص بواسطة نموذج ذكاء اصطناعي بشرط عدم الاحتفاظ بأي بيانات، ولا يُخزَّن.in the mobile app, voice input is converted to text by your phone's speech service (Apple or Google) and only the text is sent to us. On the web portal, the audio clip is sent to us, transcribed by an AI model with zero data retention, and not stored.

3. كيف نستخدمها3. How we use it

نستخدم البيانات فقط لتقديم الخدمة (الإجابة على الأسئلة والتقارير والتنبيهات والإشعارات)، ولدعمك، وللحفاظ على أمن الخدمة، ولتحسينها. لا إعلانات، ولا تتبع عبر تطبيقات أو مواقع أخرى، ولا نبيع البيانات الشخصية أبداً.Only to provide the service (answering questions, reports, alerts, notifications), to support you, to keep the service secure, and to improve it. No advertising, no tracking across other apps or websites, and we never sell personal data.

4. معالجة الذكاء الاصطناعي4. AI processing

تُعالج الأسئلة بواسطة نماذج ذكاء اصطناعي من مزودين ملتزمين بعدم الاحتفاظ بأي بيانات؛ ولا يحتفظ المزودون ببياناتك ولا يتدربون عليها. ولكل شركة عميلة مساعد منفصل خاص بها، ولا تُشارك البيانات بين الشركات مطلقاً.Questions are processed by AI models through providers under zero-data-retention terms; providers do not keep or train on your data. Each client company has its own separate assistant; data is never shared between companies.

5. مشاركة البيانات5. Sharing

لا نشارك بياناتك إلا مع مزودي الخدمة اللازمين لتشغيل الخدمة (الاستضافة، ومزودو نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي بشرط عدم الاحتفاظ بالبيانات، وGoogle Firebase / Apple Push Notification service للإشعارات)، وحندما يقتضي ذلك القانون.Only with the service providers needed to run the service (hosting, AI model providers under zero data retention, Google Firebase / Apple Push Notification service for notifications), and when required by law.

6. مدة الاحتفاظ6. Retention

نحفظ المحادثات لتتمكن من متابعتها عبر التطبيق والويب، وتُحذف تلقائياً بعد 12 شهراً من عدم النشاط؛ ويمكنك حذف أي محادثة في أي وقت. السجلات الأمنية: 90 يوماً. وعند حذف الحساب تُحذف محادثاته وتقاريره وتنبيهاته معه.Conversations are kept so you can continue them across app and web, and are deleted automatically after 12 months of inactivity; you can delete any conversation at any time. Security logs: 90 days. When an account is deleted, its conversations, reports and alerts are deleted with it.

7. الأمان7. Security

اتصالات مشفرة (HTTPS)، وصلاحية قراءة فقط على أنظمة ERP، وضوابط وصول صارمة وسجلات تدقيق.Encrypted connections (HTTPS), read-only access to ERP systems, strict access controls and audit logs.

8. حقوقك8. Your rights

لديك الحق في الوصول إلى بياناتك وتصحيحها وحذفها. احذف المحادثات من التطبيق أو البوابة، واطلب حذف حسابك من التطبيق (القائمة ← «حذف حسابي») أو كما هو موضح فيYou have the right to access, correct and delete your data. Delete conversations in the app/portal; request deletion of your account from the app (Menu → Delete my account) or as described at /delete-account؛ أو راسلنا بالبريد.; or email us.

9. الأطفال9. Children

الخدمة موجّهة للشركات، وهي غير موجهة للأطفال دون 16 عاماً.The service is for businesses and is not directed at children under 16.
